i have this one also, works good. If you go to steam-cleaning'org theres a list of steam cleaners that are priced pretty well and some information on steam cleaning too.

We have had ours for 2 years now, clean about 1300sq ft every 6 months. We have had no problems with ours at all. I do however vacuum the heck out of our floors before running the machine and make sure to use a good hot rinse of water several times before letting the machine sit and dry (keep the soap from gumming things up).

I'm sick of repairing these! The pumps are always going bad. Oh well, it pays the bills.
