Not sure how it broke, I never dropped it once. So the problem is when I turn it on, the bottom screen flashes for like half a second and it immediately powers off. For those of you who know how to fix the problem or know a video that shows me how to fix the problem. Private message me or post a video response to this video. HELP! Oh one more thing, it still charges normally, its not a battery problem.

  • Hey man did you get this sorted? same thing happens to mine.. i think it' something to do with the flat wire connecting the top screen to the motherboard, it could be loose or disconnected. I'm gonna have a go at fixing mine tonight. Let me know, cheers.

  • @petior123 Yea thats what I heard my problem was, i didnt try fixing it because I lack the proper tools. I will get to this though

  • @videoguy189 Yeah i tried fixing mine.. The flat wire was slightly loose but i put it in properly and it made no difference. I'm not sure what else i could do.

  • @petior123 aww seriously? damn..........thanks for the info, idk what im gonna do now

  • @videoguy189 you should still try it out. It could just be that for you... worth the try.

  • @petior123 i will as soon as i get a tri-wing screw driver

  • The top screen connector got unplugged u just hav to open it up and plug it in again

    May void warranty.

If u don't want to open it u can use it as a game boy by holding abxy and l and r while its powering on.

  • Same here, my ds wont turn on... it turned on one day and the screen was just plain white, now when it try to turn it on the green light comes on but the screen doesnt light up and then the green light goes off again

  • happens to me the same thing and said it burned fuse 2. but to me when I take to repair said it was a microchip that was loose and fix it but still the same

  • @videoguy189 Hey did you get the Tri-Wing Scredriver?? if you did Where did you get it?? i need one to open and fix my Nintendo DS because it Powers on the Light turns on but the top and bottom screens are black, and i cant find a Tri-wing Screwdriver anywhere.

  • @videoguy189 mine did the same thing i opened it up looked in side and tightened every thing when that did not work i pluged i the charger and it stayed on try chargeing it if it is on full charge then plug it in any way and then you can play it thats what i did till i could afford to get a new one

  • Most DS Lites problem on "No Power " is the upper LCD, you have replace the upper LCD w/ NEW one! It will turn on!

    Guaranteed.....

  • This is a good error to have since its easy to fix. The top.screen cable is dislodged from the main board, or the top screen needs replacement (since bottom screen is flashing, this is the error indicator ). Most likely just cable popped out :)

  • @videoguy189 i think the battery is out cuz i heard if you charge 500 times its no use anymore

  • same with mine excast thing how to u fix it!!!!! :'(

  • it works

MAKE SHURT THE WIRE IS IN PROPERLY
