Julfekar Ahmad Shah is a Tausug/Suluk from Sabah, Malaysia known to be as JULFEKAR in the industry. He was born on the 1st October 1964. Being a successful mainstream producer, composer, lyricist, arranger, background music writer, poet and a literature activist, he engaged into a different genre of art project such as mainstream music and film industries in Malaysia. JULFEKAR also slotted a different artiste and singers from different countries.

JULFEKAR as the Managing Director of MillenniumArt Sdn.Bhd, he is one of the most successful producers as having one of the best recording companies in Malaysia. The company is active in producing album for artiste and singers, organizing events, promotions and etc.

The company is always upgrading into a new face of art to support the music arena. Among the famous and best artiste and singers he has worked with Julfekar under the MillenniumArt label are: Azharina, Francessca Peter, Elly Mazlein, Farahdhiya, Zubir Ali, Farawahida, SANTEKEE, Akasia, Rahayudean, Farlyana, Jassica, Fiona, Farhana, Min Yasmin, Mardiana Alwi, SriDewi, Reen, Endra, Rifhan, Aida Pereira Belo and many more.

JULFEKAR had just finished his first compilation album entitled "Bukan Sekadar JULFEKAR". This album combines two albums, which are "Julfekar and The Stringers" and "ILHAM Julfekar". The concept of this album is pop-classical. The album contains twenty (20) songs. Five (5) songs are Julfekar's collaborations with few Strings players; Violinist, Violist and Cellist. The five songs were rendered by Julfekar himself.

The other fifteen (15) songs are appreciations of Julfekar's compositions through the years with few numbers of popular artists in Malaysia, such as; Elly Mazlein, Farahdhiya, Alyah, Francissca Peter, Azharina, Farawahida and Min Yasmin.

Julfekar's new single "Melakar Rindu" would be loaded in the album "ILHAM Julfekar". This song is also an Original Soundtrack (OST) for TV Episodic Drama, "TRILOGI CINTA" at TV1 RTM.

Julfekar engaging himself to collaborate with one of the famous painters and visual artists from the Philippines, Ukkilist Rameer Tawasil (RAMEETA) which is famous with the Ukkilism form of rendition. The collaboration would be known as a sort of "JULFEKAR IN THE BRUSH OF RAMEETA". JULFEKAR would be portrayed in the form of portrait in the Rameeta's paintings.
