ok so here chapter 13 and for those of you who said Tony's and ass or he should get it well it might happend it might not in this chapter ....? in my video i found some really old pictures on my computer of my kitty and another random picture but yea.. none of me stupid computer...?

Nick's P.O.V
i heard the phone ring so i picked it up
Nick:"Jello?" [A/N haha i want some jello now...!!!]
???:"umm...Knicks can... you ummm... come over!" Lizzy said in between sobs!
Nick:"yeah of couse!!" as soon as hung up i ran out of the kitchen and the party was about over and when i was about to run out of the house i saw Tony macking (sp?) on some random chick... wait what?? is this why Lizzy was crying!! i walked right up to him i turned him around and punched him right in the eye
Tony:"what the hell dude..."
Nick:"don't ever hurt her again!!"
Tony:"WHAT?"
Nick:"you heard me and if you even go near her you'll get more than a punch!! So Long" i waved at him and with that i ran to Lizzy's house
the door was unlocked and i ran to her room i heard her crying from downstairs
Nick:"LIZZY?" i went to her door and was about to knock when she rushed and opened it and literally jumped into my arms
Liz:"oh Knicks!!" she said while still crying
Nick:"Lizzy did he tell you he was cheating on you?"
Liz:"yeah and much more... wait how did you know that?" she said looking up into my eyes while she was still clinging on to me
Nick:"i saw him kissing some random chick at the party and i punched him in the eye because i could tell you were crying on the phone and i could tell that it was him that did it so i told him not to even go near you again!" she stopped hugging me and looked striaght into my eyes again
Liz:"did you really?" she said with smile
Nick:"i mean yeah i don't understand why anyone would want to hurt you.."
Liz:"oh he deserved!!" and she embraced me in another hug
Nick:"you wanna tell me?"
Liz:"yeah" when she said that she started to tear up again and we walked into her room and she sat on the bed and i sat down next to her and she told me the whole story from the bet to him cheating and she was crying into my shoulder once again i lifted up her chin and wiped her tears away
Nick:"i'll never let him come near you again"
Liz:"you promise?"
Nick:"of course i mean your my best friend and i wouldn't want anything to happen..." and then she hugged me again and then released and looked straight into my eyes for about the third time she seemed full of pain i could hardly pull away from her pain...
Liz:"Knicks you've always been there when i need you" she gave me her wounderful/beautiful smile "and i'm sorry i was ever mad at you, i mean it was a silly argument and i knew you wouldn't get drunk"
Nick:"it's ok but, really i never wanted to ever hurt you, i mean i never really meant too and i know you know that" she just laughed and hugged me again "hey i might have to go soon because Kevin's probably thinking i'm drunk again.."
Liz:"please don't leave"
Nick:"but i should go it's late"
Liz:"Knicks it's only 8 and i want you to stay"
Nick:"really?"
Liz:"really, you wanna watch a movie?"
Nick:"haha yeah sure which movie?"
Liz:"umm.... Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy!" [A/N LOVE IT!!!!!]
Nick:"sure" then she grabbed my hand and we went downstairs she put the popcorn in the microwave and put in Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy when she was getting the popcorn i plopped on to the couch and laid there untill she got back
Liz:"hey mister your gonna have to move!" i laughed as i got up and sat near the arm of the chair she gave me the popcorn and then sat right next to me i put my arm around her shoulder and she leaned into my side then the movie started and i was eating the popcorn when i had a thought ...
