Kyle Cox demonstrates the first production version of a new standing-height handpan stand that might be offered by Pantheon Steel. The stand allows a handpan to be freely rotated, raised and lowered, and tilted. The arms that cradle the instrument adjust to hold larger and smaller instruments.

Pantheon Steel is sharing this video to gauge customer interest in such a stand, which would probably be priced around $300 USD.

If you're interested in us offering such a stand, please write helpdesk@pantheonsteel.com and let us know.

  • scale please!! :D !!

  • @ 3:15 = amazingly well fit fill.

    Nice stand btw!

  • Very good work !

What is the scale of the stratus ? She is magnificent ... pygmy or I'm is the bad ?

  • that works great,im always scared of it slipping off, but now this is flawless :)

  • good job guy's !

  • That looks fantastic, especially because it allows one to play both sides at once. I bet it also allows the instrument to project more sound. This would be really good for professional performances; however, I couldn't see myself using my Halo with a stand. I prefer instruments that require no setup (e.g. picking up acoustic guitar in stead of having to plug in an electric.) So, if I purchased a stand, it would probably end up not being used. Great idea though!

  • This is great! I want one :) -dante
