ACS LAW and Tilly Bailey Irvine "New entrants to the hall of infamy"

The Lords in this case Lord Clement-Jones launches a devastating attack on ACS:LAW and the newcommers Tilly Bailey Irvine, the so called Anti-Piracy Lawyers as being an utter disgrace, in reality they are NOT Anti Piracy Lawyers but money grubbing scamsters. It has surprised many that Tilly Bailey Irvine has become involved with such a disgusting practice as "Speculative Invoicing" as they have a long History and are not at all like ACS LAW.

My mother received a letter from (Tilly Bailey Irvine) demanding £800 accusing her a "middle aged" woman of downloading an adult film, she has done no such thing and dose not know how to download files etc we sent a LOD and have heard nothing from them in over 2 weeks!

These guys are idiots.  They sent out demands for payment to m family. We have no idea what the hell they're talking about, and told them so.

Despite their claims they would "take appropriate action, including pursuing all legal remedies..." they were never heard from again after many months.

As far as I can tell, they're just a hit and run scam- they send demands to random people, and then move onto the next group- cashing any checks that arrive in the mean time.

What a crock.
