This is a totorial on how to lower a car in the free open source programme 'GIMP', which is basically the free photoshop alternative. Lowering a car in photoshop is pretty much the same :) There is a bit of a difference though, like the tool names. lol.

hey mate when i do the slection and go to copy and paste i get the hole picture copy and past so when i go to cut instead of copy it removes the hole picture again am i doing something wrong? i am pressing control on the last one when i connect :S
