i think she is fan made but you can download her like anyothers but i dont know
i tlhink she says her name is kuku (or somthing like that) she has really bad singing and i can't make out much of what she is saying

its a free soft ware
like vocolaid but anyone can make a utau ( i made one) but it is difficult and hard to use, just type in "what is Utau" and you should get some resaults

I downloaded her. If you actually want this girl to sing, you have to edit the crap out of her! Her audio samples are incredibly messy.
