( http://www.abnova.com ) - Real-time PCR, also called quantitative real time PCR (Q-PCR/qPCR), is used to amplify and simultaneously quantify a targeted DNA molecule. It enables both detection and quantification (as absolute number of copies or relative amount when normalized to DNA input or additional normalizing genes) of one or more specific sequences in a DNA sample. • wow porn music for PCR i love it

  • @dayetripper it's not necessary to use ice if you work with good timing, I mean with the correct speed, in fact , using ice when you will to work with a lot of samples may have a negative repercussions like contamination of sample. Ice is for a school lab class in molecular biology sheet, where the carry out of sample used to be too slow and degradation of sample may occur

  • waa.sm1 is getting high on the music.

  • @epiclootyay lol

  • So I guess you are analysing mRNA here? Because of the cDNA sample? If so what reverse transcriptase was used? I read in my textbook that mRNA can also be analysed directly wich a polymerase that also has activity for RNA samples

  • thats great, very simple for PCR.

  • get that reaction on ice stat!

  • What??? not on ice!?! ...next time..next time..

  • nice watch :D

  • nice tune
