Atty. Orly TAITZ discovers that just before Federal Judge David O. CARTER, reversed his Sept. 8, 2009 ruling in October 2009, a young inExperienced Atty. by the Name of Siddharth Velamoor had transfered from the Obama Defense team to Judge CARTERS "law clerk", or was he a spy for the Obama administration to intimidate Judge Carter? In any Case, Carter did a flip flop in October, and dismissed the case in November totally Contrary to what I and a hundred other eye witnesses heard him say in Sept. "decide by a jury ON THE MERITS". Velamoor went from new Graduate of an obscure Law school in slovakia to working for Perkin Coie in 2008 to Law Clerk for Judge CARTER. that is a rapid rise in the American system. More importantly...

Is it NOT HIGHly TREASONOUS, and IMPROPER for a atty. from one of the Litigants to suddenly go to work as a "law clerk" for the Judge on a case before
him. Judicial Canon of ethics state Judges should avoid even the "appearance:" of impartiality or wrong doing. This has MORE than an "appearance" ... this is in your FACE wrong. One has to wonder if Judge Terry Hatter, Jr. had anything to do with placing this PERKINS COIE Law firm atty, in Judge Carters office? ? Let me know if you want me to further investigate.

Isn't there a way you can be sued for making accusations about a Federal Judge being gotten to without serious proof? I would think that Judge Carter, if he so desired, could demand proof of your accusations. I mean, he is only a federal Judge.

She's not an operative, she's a 'mom' who, like most moms, want a better life for their children than they may have had.

Having the courage to fight for what you know is right is rare or even dangerous today. Like those who spit on members of our military, some can't see who is on their side.

Orly's on our side. She's not getting rich off all this, and is being belittled at every turn while couragously pressing forward.

Evidence backs all her claims. She's no nut.

@ChicagoJoe57 She absolutely could and would get in a great deal of trouble with the Bar and Carter WOULD be behind it IF her accusations were bogus. If Carter does nothing, that give HER a great deal of credibility and strongly suggests that Carter WON"T do anything lest he be exposed.

As the poster said, smart attorneys don't make libelous claims against judges without evidence and most won't do it with evidence because they're looking out for themselves. An attorney with character -- wow.

It was in 2005 that I found in the Judicial Commission of Performance web site that Judge David B. Oberholtzer of San Diego was responsible for the creation of immunities for judicial crimes, he had created the immunities shortly after being appointed by Governor Gray Davis.

When a man becomes a judge and soon after creates such a rule, aren't they basically taking the bench to harm others intentionally and with no intent of accountability?

When I searched for an attorney to file a law suit against David Oberholtzer I was told that he was an employees of the state and I could not sue the state so why can we not sue the state, and since when?
