JJ made up her mind way too early in this case. The plaintiff's own witness confirmed what the defendent said. Then she mockingly calls him a "genius" because he proves JJ was wrong! $2,500 for breaking up a fight. I've seen her bash people for standing by and doing nothing.

I've seen JJ cases where plaintiffs sue defendents for ACTUALLY beating them up, and all JJ gave the plaintiffs was medical bills.

I'm still a fan of JJ, but this, in my opinion, was wrong.

I can't remember now lol that was two weeks ago :P But she does it so well.

JJ got this wrong. The girl said she was in the car and just got the fatty off her friend. The JJ said NO THAT DOESN'T make any sense you lie! Then the dude said that exactly what the defendant said. WTF! SHE TOLD THE TRUTH! There is NOWAY miss piggy should have won $2500. NO WAY. For what? Some little bumps and scratches from the girl who beat her up? This case makes no SENSE. NONE!

what jj is sayin is that the defendant had no right to get into the middle of something that didn't affect her directly... and based on the story that they said she contributed to giving back her friend the upper hand and causing the injuries which is why she is suing the defendant. the whole "is she's in the car or not" is irrelavent to jude judy she doesn't care about that..

long story short: if the defendant didn't step in and help she wouldn't be up there
