Who doesn't love that classic cereal-aisle favorite, the Pop Tart? This is King Arthur Flour's version of Joanne Chang's take on that legendary breakfast pastry.

Neat seeing professional bakeries like this. I enjoy KAF's videos - keep them coming! A sidenote - the coffee shop I worked at was like that in the neighborhood sense. I loved seeing our regulars every day. They sent mail and gave us employees little gifts, too. So many friendships are spawned at places like this. It makes life richer!

Sorry, we don't know what brand of butter Joanne uses, but here at KAF, we use Cabot butter in our bakery.
