i love her!!!!!! where is this book, this information? i want it! Can sm1 tell me how to meditate? what exactly are you suppose to be doing in the meditation process? just breathing and silence? I actually stop a terrible toothe ache like this before. I told my brain to stop the pain and i focused on the location of the brain. And guess what - THE PAIN WENT AWAY!!!!!!!!
