  • @alliandjed I am sorry to hear that your fabrics did not bond permanently. I would be happy to discuss it with you by phone to try to discuss options you might try and figure out what the problem was and which would also better prepare me for future questions others might have.   • We use the SteamASeam on applications that do not need to be washed such as window treatments and decorative pillows, etc. We recommend air fluffing in the dryer with no heat to remove the dust. The back of the box states "Machine wash & dry at low heat or dry clean". However, we have found some types of fabrics do not bond as well as others and in those situations we will use the SteamASeam as a stablizer while stitching by hand or machine.

  • I used steam a seam 2 and followed directions. after washing, the two fabrics came apart. what am i doing wrong?
