They were on the same level as Klimova and Ponomarenko. They had a strong case for gold and should have won the silver-not the Duchesnays whom I do love but D&D were just not in the same league technique wise. This is a sport after all.

I once saw her exiting the arena in Hartford, Connecticut, from a show in which she had not performed; and I have to say she was one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. When I caught her eye, I worked up the nerve to tell her how much I had alway enjoyed her skating. She was very sweet, giving me a little hug.

This dance looks reserved and technically "brilliant" juxatopposed to by idea of the actual polka dance.
