I did not follow the tutorial from that website.

A time lapsed video of me modeling the Tron Bike.

Time Taken: 2 hours
Software: 3ds Max
Technique: Poly Modeling

Purpose: to see how far I can get in 2 hours.

CCs are more than welcome. If you think there could have been a better techniques by all means share. We can all learn. Poly boost and tools from Max 2010 and on would have sped up the process but you work with what you have.

  • @TheDigitalStone Modeling curved shapes (hard-surface, not organics) is always a challenge :)

  • I'm trying and trying to get this down. Outside of artificial modeling, i've never really been into this "almost organic" modeling before, but i get stuck at so many points and i'm doing it all wrong.

    Did you had this too at the beginning?
