Hi Tim/Wiz! Thanks for stopping by! I know exactly what you're going through...I've been fighting with HP since February...my HP notebook had to be fixed twice and thank god I was still under the 2year extra coverage. If your computer has an NVidia graphics card...that may be the problem. I just got my computer back the other day...but I got so frustrated I bought another one...NOT an HP though...a Toshiba, and it's awesome! Take care my friend...hope your comp is fixed now!

Not fixed yet. Its got Nvidia. Its a Gateway though, still in the shop. Im on an older one I had my son fix up for me. It works for now, I just don't have my audio software on here.
