After what seemed to be a monsoon swept through the central US, my home city of Frankfort (Capitol of Kentucky) had the worst flooding it's seen since '97. The Kentucky River which flows through the heart of downtown Frankfort raised a total of 42 feet, 11 feet above flood stage level. To make a comparison the Kentucky River is usually only 17 feet. So hearing of the flooding I decided to head downtown and \ film a little. Hope you enjoy!
Haha i remember this. Just recentley people have been coming down my street just to see some water. Like the dude in the video said. :)
