Lufthansa A330 landing at YVR.

A Lufthansa A330 landing at Vancouver Int'l. I've never seen an LH A330 before at yvr. It arrived on Mar.1.2010 as an extra flight along with the daily A340 because of the winter olympics.

@ChineseChopsticksFly it just scans the ATC frequencies. usually the range is around the airport. you can get one at aviaton shops. i don't know of all the places but i just bought one at an avation shop by the airport.

Is the landing clearance usually issued that close to touchdown?

@pikapoketpu in this case no the plane was well out there and i couldn't get focus so i recorded the ATC anyway and added it to the beginning of the video.

@Achohan830 yes that's reverse thrust to help slow the plane down right after touch down.

Thumbz up if you think that airbus keeps perfecting boeing's aircraft. For example: airbus perfected the 777 to make the a330...and the 747 to make the a380... and the 737 to make the a320...and many more..
