Homelite 25cc to 30cc Transplant Weed Wacker

I forgot a make a vid of me putting it together but yea sounds so cool and so powerful.

The muffler I took out the screen so it runs much better and the engine has very good compression too.

Also there was no modding involved.

@RFKFANTS67 well not all poulan engines suck, i have a hedge trimmer thats like 15 years old and its working great also a 20 year old weed eater that runs like new

are the intake/ exhaust ports the same size on the 30cc head as the 25cc one? main concern is being able to swap and be able to use my carb and exhaust from before.

I have a 26cc Poulan Weedeater and it always quits if I let it idle too long. How do I fix this?

the carb needs tuning and Poulan sucks try getting an older weed wacker they last longer

A briggs and stratton bulb will fit most 2-stroke carbs, but only if it is not a air primer!!!

i did this same thing i took a 30 cc leaf blower and took the cylinder and and piston and transfered them to the crank case of the 25cc. its kind of pointless but workin on engines is my passion
