In fact your body will process alcohol BEFORE it processes any fat so it's not really recommended to drink alcohol when you are on a diet. Considering since I'm NOT on diet, I just completely changed my eating habits I'm not cutting out alcohol entirely but now that I know how many calories are in Breezers I won't be drinking them anymore :(. Guess I'll be switching to white wine, which btw you can also cut with carbonated water to make a wine spritzer!
