Bearskin Meadow Diabetes Camp 2008 Dance troupe. The names of all the girls ... I don't know. I only know one, my daughter. This is a camp for diabetic children up through 18 years old. EVERY child at the camp is diabetic. Both my kids have gone. Daughter attended from 1999 through 2008. Here at "BMC" they teach the kids how to live with their disease ... how to live just like everyone else. The BEST thing in the world as far as I care. They spend a week together learning and doing. This is from Teen Camp 2008. Give to the Diabetic Youth Foundation ... Thats who funds the camp. NO camper is turned away. Scholarships are available. ALL meds and meals are paid for. It's nice to have all the research going towards finding a cure ..... but its realistic to have a place where the kids can go to learn to live with the hand they were delt
