Just watched season 4... Randall was great all the way through and nice! Then right at the end he was a complete prick! Rebecca would of been hired if he wasn't such a selfish ass!

I'm bloody sick and tired of people calling Randall selfish. Trump could have hired Rebecca if he wanted to, Trump had no right to ask such a question of Randall, it's completely unfair. The first black apprentice winner and he is expected to share it with Rebecca? Please.

This is business not a fairy tale story, not everything ends in "happily ever after". In most adult competitions there is only ONE winner - Gold, Silver, Bronze. 1st 2nd & 3rd. etc - I have never heard of TWO winners! I am proud of Randall for standing up to himself. I wish him all the best. x

I grew up with Randall in E.Windsor. He's a great human being people. Always thinking about progress in this world. Just a brilliant person. GOD BLESS HIM!!!

When you're in a position where you think you've got a lot of ego and you might perceive it as power.. If you're in a position to make things happen.. that allows you tremendous opportunities which other people don't have
