@YouTips4U home. OK, so tell me if this sounds right: I'm going to continue doing cardio, start toning my muscles w/resistance excercises, and compensate for my underweightness by increasing my portion sizes. Just want to check that i'm on the right track :) Thanks, again!

@fish7107934 Hi, they can. Be sure you don't overdo it. If you feel any discomfort discontinue doing them. You can lessen the stress on knees by not holding weights.

dont your muscles get tired getting tightened so much ? i cant do it for too long....
will it get better over time ?

Hi, it will absolutely get better over time. That's how you'll know you are getting more toned muscles. As you get fitter, you will have to do more of them. It's o.k. to take it slow. You're body will respond to the new stress by getting stronger muscles.

thank you very much i dnt go to the gym nor play any sports so i exercise at home .
i pretty much only use ur tips because they make sense to me , so what kind of exercise routine do u suggest for me ? im underweight and want muscle toning.

Hi, you may want to focus on resistance training to help tone and strengthen your muscles. You can use weights or your bodies own resistance. You can start out with light dumbbells and increase as you feel you need more challenge.
