This is a video of many I recorded of my daughter (age 7) doing her work station yesterday, the work station I have at home and was modeled after the TEACCH method for children with autism and other related conditions. This is a workbox that has a pattern that has to be completed with colored mini clothespins. It works on patterns, grip, fine motor etc. This is an activity I bought from abilitations catalog and comes with many different patterns to use. Only.. we have lost 2 of the clothespins already.. quite small. Before I got this we used just colored pins from the store and made the same color dots with markers on some cardboard and did it that cheaper way :-).
