Smith College Squash Coach & Sport Scientist Tim Bacon explains a Progressive Approach to Teaching In this, the third of a three-part series, Tim explains how the Progressive Approach Program can be organized into THREE Units, based on distance, swing length, and type of ball. Tim takes us though the first unit - which is rallying from a distance of 6' from the wall or partner. Tim is a certified tennis, squash & racquetball coach and a world-ranked Racketlon player (ping pong, badminton, squash, tennis) who has taught all of the major racquet sports for 32 years.
