  • Chipper!

  • A superb lesson in Harmony. A little fast maybe, otherwise Beautiful.

  • @pjdonagh Oh gross. I'm misunderstood: I was pointing to this performance, not to the arrangement. The Sixteen are able of very subtle nuances and perfectly flowing legatos, but in this performance they were requested by their conductor to be somehow rude in the final syllables of the prhrasing and in the palette of dynamics.

  • loved it !!! thank you so much

  • @OrbiliusMagister Wood, as a native of Armagh, would have been well aware of the folk music tradition which no doubt played its part in this arrangement.

  • Sweet song, sung with a "rugged" interpretation, probably hinting to folk music.
