It's a witty improvisation, but it's far more reminiscent of Darius Milhaud than Francis Poulenc.

This and his Prokofiev Cuckaracha are remarkably good. I do wish he'd vary his textures more and make stronger dynamic contrasts. But if this really is true on-the-spot, unrehearsed improvisation, it's very good.
