I don't know about those dubs, so I can't comment. Though I still have a good reason for believing that japanese/original dub is generally better.

I have actually seen German dubs, and I'd say they're generally better then the English ones (Atleast that was the case with the German One Piece. Just take a look at the opening... Although I don't like One Piece myself.)

I for one can only remember 2 animes that I think did a good job with English dubs : Sunobozu and Cromartie High School.

I don't disagree with that, I've watched dubs in quite a few languages (Norwegian, American English, Filipino dubs in English and Tagalog, Euro Spanish dubs and a few French ones), American dubs usually make me cringe because of how obviously cartoony the voice acting is. It's just such a stark contrast to live action acting. And the DBZ statement I called BS on is so obviously biased since a lot of 90's kids grew up on the two American dubs (myself included, but I watched that shit in Spanish).

Sure that there's some exceptions. But lets face it, the MAJORITY of English dubs are bad. Really bad. I don't know maybe they couldn't find anyone better or something, but the name pronunciation is already a problem, and most of the time, the VA's just can't make the characters sound believable.

Japan has a huge competition in the Voice acting side of things, cause there's thousands of high level voice actors in Japan. It's just worlds apart from America.

Cool to see Level-5 being open though.

I have tremendous respect for Level 5 but i was disapointed when true fantasy live online was cancelled. This looks great though
