So I ran faster
But you caught me here
Yes my loyalties turned
Like my ankle
In the seventh grade
Running after Billy
Running after the rain
These precious things
Let them bleed
Let them wash away
These precious things let them break
Their hold over me

He said you're really an ugly girl
But I like the way you play
And I died
But I thanked him
Can you believe that
Sick, sick, holding on to his picture
Dressing up every day
I wanna smash the faces of those beautiful boys
Those Christian boys
So you can made me cum
That doesn't make you Jesus
I remember
Yes in my peach party dress
No one dared
No one cared
To tell me where the pretty girls are
Those demigods
With their nine-inch nails
And little fascist panties
Tucked inside the heart
Of ever nice girl
These precious things
Let them bleed
Let them wash away
These precious things
Let them break
Let them wash away

  • Epic epic epic!!!!!!

  • this song has something to do with her grandmother or something she was very strict and mean and she did what she wanted to do and did not care about what she thought of her

  • @youwerewild she was raped when she was a young adult, after playing in a bar, however, i don´t think this song is specifcicaly about that as "me and a gun" is. but sure some of that pain and general concept is there as well

  • This is the best version of this song...

  • @ryanjames I think it's more about how she let boys have too much for too little, and all of the twisted, painful mistakes of adolescence that you make when you want to be wanted, and don't know how to respect yourself yet. It's powerful stuff!

  • @ryanjames2007 I think you're reading something into it that's not there. She was not molested.

  • Is this song about her being molested?

    and people are cheering?
