Sewing Unit for the Production of Awnings, JUKI, LU-1561N-7 sewing head or HIGHLEAD, GC20688-2BD, 300mm long arm (with XXL Hook 70% more thread). The sewing unit in the automatic mode can reach a daily production of 150 complete awnings (union and side hems). The sewing machine is static while the grips behind and in front of the machine are moving. The unit can reach 2400 spm with no problem. The stitch formation is perfect. Sewing units 8.55mts, 10.55mts,12.55mts etc long.
