Here is the second opening of Pocket Digimon World, this one instead of showing the virus digimon, it shows the vaccine ones and I think some data ones too and one to another virus one too, enjoy ^^

Yeah, you're right. Most are vaccine and there are a few Data (like Pumpmon, Jijimon, and Patamon normally is) and I noticed at least Etemon who is virus.

I honestly don't think that attribute really plays an important role in Pocket Digimon World. But then again I've never played it :-P

No problem, I got the game CD and with an utility I found I extracted the video of the intros and made it a few tweaks for the HQ option to be available here.

About Patamon he actually can be Data or Vaccine, I remember that in the cards there is Patamon data and Patamon vaccine not to mention that he belongs to the family of the virus busters so we can say Pata is one of those rare digis that can have different attributes XD

Yes, you're right, Patamon is one of those rare Digimon that belongs to two attributes :-P And being Data or Vaccine is actually pretty rare among those Digimon. Besides being a Virus Buster, Patamon is also a Wind Guardian. I like him for that.

In another Japan-only, D-Project, there's virus Patamon, but in that game all Digimon are all three :-P

I have the D-Project one, it is rare to see Angemon in virus attribute though lol

And yeah you're right about Patamon being a wind guardian, and later they say he is too innocent and such, but considering he can be of two different attributes and that belongs to several digimon families (virus busters and wind guardians) then you can never judge him just because of how he looks ^^
