Does Uncle Dutter sound anything like The Cat in the Hat using a French accent?

I remember this promo on Nickelodeon. Does anyone have the news promo of Brain Henson talking about it. I remember seeing that back in the 90s as well. Great Show, I wished complete season box sets were made. Only season 1 was good, 2nd season changed it's format. Bruce Lanoil is one of my favorite puppeteers. He worked on Dinosaurs right :) He was hilarious in some of those DinoTV show within a show skits. lol

I see that Uncle Dutter is a Live Hand Puppet and that Bruce Lanoil is assisted in performing him by John Kennedy who operates Uncle Dutter's right arm. There should be a record to let people know who assisted a puppeteer with operating a Live Hand Puppet in any projects that involve puppets made by The Jim Henson Company.
