Thanks dude, that's right I used Photoshop to combine pices of different images and I made one image with 4 different layers, and I used FUSION to do the paralax shifting animation.
ofcource you can Paint these if you like it will just take much longer though!!!
and HDRI images would not give you more details, we Use them on image base lighting in 3D softwares only.
Cool shit man. What project settings (dv preset, etc) were you using in Photoshop to achieve that? And you say you used random images from the net - do you have the ability to physically paint that though? Also, do you find it's better to use HDRI images, as you probably get more detail with that?

Thanks for the comment dude, I used random images from internet and made la composition od layers in photoshop.
and finaly in Fusion which is a video compositing software i animated the layers.
the original size of this image is: 2048 X 960 Pixels.
