Romeo Dallaire and Roy Dupuis

Romeo Dallaire's story is frighteningly familiar.

Dallaire was the Force Commander of UNIMAR, a peacekeeping mission in Rwanda attempting to quell the genocide.

A film adaptation of Dallaire's autobiography 'Shake Hands with the Devil' is opening on September 28th.

Roy Dupuis plays Romeo Dallaire.

Roy is a very bright man, however his main language is French, so yes he sometimes has trouble with his English since he doesn't use it on a daily basis since he still lives in Quebec, his home province. Research Roy before you judge the man. There's a lot more to him than this interview. I'm just saying.
