Second, they could've been raised in Nunavut for all we cared. What difference does it make which province they are from? Which country is the province of Quebec in? I'm not so certain. Are you?

@TheREGISMarkV you know I haven't seen that one yet.he's very talented and seems to be a very likeable person.he obviously gained the respect and friendship of a very important man.when he's nervous his otherwise flawless english is cute.it's a hard language.I also like how supportive dallaire is of him.it's obvious these to men have great respect for each other and they also look alike.
