  • EVERY place I've worked women were paid the same as men. In fact, a lot of times women did way less work and got paid the same or even more. Just drive down a road that's having construction work done and see who's holding the traffic signs and who's doing the grunt work with the jackhammers and shovels! And what about women living 7 or 8 years longer than men, does this old bitty consider that?! It was old bags from the '70s that went on TV shows spreading this shit. RememberDr. Joyce Brothers?

  • You can't do anything you're just a white male.

  • She didn't get cheated out of pay raises. She never asked for them! She found out her male co-workers were asking for pay raises every year. A little hint, employers won't give you a raise unless they have too, male or female, unless you show them what you are worth, then ask them. Its a little late many years later expecting to get reimbursed for something you never asked for all those years ago.

  • So when do women start becoming accoutnable for the causality of their choices, then?

In fact, when do they become accountable for most anything in the social construct. It's funny how women's advocates, engage in insulting by undermining their influential participation, in order to disregard their accoutnability in all things, and reduce all things to a pretense of victimology.

It's almost like their want to eat the cake. So why is Jenny Craig so popular?

  • I don't normally write this, but you are an idiot. Yes Goodyear paid her under the table and the 60's was just sooooooo long ago. One movement made enough change to last the rest of our lives and women shouldn't complain about doing the same or more work and be paid less then men.

  • EXACTLY! People are missing the point. She DID the same work just as hard with the SAME skills and was paid significantly less! This is not just about equity, but women take what they can get and are the first ones to suffer in hard economic times. People complain about women on welfare (where did the men go???), well she did her job and she's trying to make sure more women will become financially independent and respected in the workforce!!

  • the world cannot be perfect but Im sure as hell not going to do the same job as a man and get paid less!

  • Your daughters and granddaughters won't be able to get a job. No one will employ women if women bring with them a bunch of legal red tape, instead of the skill to do the job, and do it well.

  • can't*

  • Is the right to end the life of a fetus growing inside your uterus really that big a deal in the broad scheme of women's rights?
