  • Word of advice, you should mention exactly where the homes are located in Detroit.

  • The houses in Boston-Edison are beautiful, but they're also very old. A lot of the electrical and plumbing isn't up to code. Plus, there are no grocery stores in the area (other than small, expensive mom & pop places). Drive down the street to Woodward Ave. from B-E and see how quickly the neighborhood changes. Try and get any services - pizza places won't deliver in most of Detroit, dial 911 and most times you'll get a busy signal.

  • I worked for reality exceutives and my main area was detroit and this vid is no lie there are some huge houses in detroit. Boston edison is very nice. We had a 7000sqf home for sale there it was or is the largest house in the district or even detroit.
