I used to play this in concert. Sgouros is simply outstanding i always liked his playing ever since I heard him play Mephisto Waltz.

everyone plays this orchestral movement MUCH too fast, just as they do the prokofiev toccata, sgouros tempo is perfect for the travelogue/folkish music going on here

I liked the first movement.
It wasn't perfect but it was good.

I love this piece especially the first and last movements. The pianist is very tallented too!! He looks young
