The bubble is still there, it's just weaker. And yes, Dalaran is now high up the sky in Northrend :)

lol wolks out now and theres a new dalran lol and in booty bay there is a quest to go to dalaran im like WTF im lvl fucking 40 going into lvl 75 area! then i realised there is a dalwan in hilsbrad or alterac whatever
