This exercise is good for your upper abdominal muscle.
This Chair base situp is a little bit more difficult than normal sit-up.
Because you can put your feet on the chair,so it uses another abdominal muscle,upper abdominal muscle.
But if you do this exercise regulary, you can be accustomed to this exercise soon.
Tips is to try to make hunched posture when doing this exercise.

Let's keep a good shape.
