@maraouiandre Actually my current running vertical is about 34 inches which at near 37 years old and not training for vertical in well over 2 years is pretty good. And if I can be frank this is most likely better than yours.

@VerticalJumping - I did watch that video as well and it also appeared in that one that you were giving less than maximum effort. It's apparent that you are biased and don't believe the shoes work, which the might not, I don't know. But because of your obvious bias you shouldn't be the one testing them. Want a QUALITY test? Give three pairs shoes to someone else and make them jump in all of them and measure their results and interview about their thoughts WITHOUT telling them about APL's claims.

@biggsphotography Now this I totally agree with. A blind test method would be the best way to go but you know if I did that I would almost certainly have people commenting on the video claiming I worded people up beforehand. I wish the shoes worked for me, I would love a couple of extra inches. However, they just don't. Others say they do and good for them. If they really worked they would be the number 1 selling basketball shoe in the world. Even at $200 a pair.

@biggsphotography Your argum ent makes no sense. I tested them against several pairs of shoes in exactly the same way and each time they failed to match the jumps I got in the regular shoes. That isn't bad or biased, that is how they should be tested. You were the one suggetsed I needed to jump in a certain way for them to work - I merely pointed out that they should work no matter hwo you jump - which to me, they don't.
I'm not trying to hate or anything but, these shoes are most effective when you jump with footwork that gives you the maximum output of energy such as going for a dunk in basketball. When you do a normal hop, I don't there will be much difference

@Ilikesoda100 I hear you and I tried doing some running jump sin another one of my videos. I didn't get anywhere near as high in the APL's. They just seem to feel heavy when i wear them and I end up jumping noticeably lower in them because of it.

I'm 14 in the 8th grade and can grab the top of the net and I really want to dunk.
Is there any tips and workouts that will help my jump get higher?
is there any certain shoes that would work too?
(I'm 6ft btw)

@BehindMyIphone You should visit verticaljumpingDOTcom and read the free jump training articles and watch the free jump training videos. There are no sheos the can replace the benefits of proper training, especially the APL's which if you ask me, simply are a scam.
