yeah u guys collapsed, were done talkin about it in Philly. But it seems like New york can't get over it, and Willie got fired. And u guys lost to the series to the Skanks and have a bad record.

You mean like barely missing the playoffs from 2001-2006? You're right, we just stopped showing up. In 2000, the Mets went to the World Series but were only 8th of 16 NL teams in attendance. That's some loyalty.

the fact of the matter is, is that marlin anderson went more out of the way to obstruct the throw, than he did to tag 2nd...he obviously put way too much emphasis on obstructing the throw..plus he had to go out of the baseline to do so...marlin anderson fucked up, plain and simple
