From the 1939 short "The Dipsy Doodler" by Larry Clinton and His Orchestra, featuring Bea Wain and the Philharmonicas. The song was written by Harold Arlen and Theodore Koehler and debuted in the 1930 show "9:15 Revue".
Boy, did they swing! Could do without the harmonicas but heck, still great. For me Larry Clinton was one of the greatest swing era arrangers and band leaders.

I too, to repeat waynebrasler "love the whole Bea thing-- the voice, the incredible sense of rhythm, the look, the great sense of fashion".
