  • Wow.... I've seen guys get stupid around a pretty girl at the gym, but even on YouTube? LOL!

  • @ry4nx Clearly the squat is not the best way to work your core muscles??? LOL..are you serious?? go tell that to Joe defranco one of the top trainers in the world..ur funny dude..but then again your defending a workout posted by Ford models inc..haha...hey heres one 4 ya..post a vid or pic of your physique on ur channel...haha didnt think so skinny boy...SMH

  • @collin355 how's that the best way rofl

    clearly it is not

  • you wanna really know the best way to work your core??? Try working your way up to a deep 400 pound barbell sqaut

  • @davidmij who cares if dan henderson can throw heath around..Heath is not a wrestler...your missing the point all together..the best way to increase your strength for a sport is with basic exercises not with this silly fad crap..and in a basketball game phil would crush henderson not to mention a power lifting competition..sqaut/deadlift/bench press....Im sure if heath praticed kettle ball swings he would smoke henderson in that too

  • Dan Henderson would throw Phil Heath around like a child. Look up some videos of him - Olympic Greco Wrestler. In MMA fighters are always freaked out at how strong he is. Go to an arm wrestling tourney and see how the winners are built.

  • In sports such as wrestling big muscles need more blood, which means more heart rate, which means harder breathing.Wrestlers and MMA fighters with too much size get gased cuz they can't build the cardio of like a stronger, but less muscular person. Type in "heavy kettlebell 200 pound" and watch the top video. Phil Heath can't press that much even once. It's "core strength". Heath WAS a BB player - he can't even straighten out his arms now thx to steroid abuse.

  • @davidmij heres one for ya...The current MR Olympia Phil Heath played divivsion 1 basketball at U Denver..so hes not athletic??? Charles Glass a top bodybuilder trainer and former IFBB pro was captain of the UCLA gymnastics team..But hey their muscle bound meat heads according to u..lol....you're a clown!!!!..wobbling around on a bosu ball using 20% of your max weight is a road to nowhere...go tell ur crap to mark mcguire barry bonds evander holyfield and mike tyson...

  • @davidmij muscle arms are bad for athletics? lol..try telling that to a high school or college wrestler who need arm strength for a full or half nelson...the trainers that advocate this crap dont even look like they work out..you wanna improve at your sport?? PRACTICE IT!!!.the best way to improve ur sport in da gym is to increase ur strength and you do that from BASIC exercises!! squats barbell curls bench press dead lift etc....you functional clowns make me laugh!!!

  • I would watch her read the yellow pages.
