They say that the average American is two paychecks away from being on the streets. Anyone who believes that something like this couldn't happen to them will be in for a rude awakening soon when the sh*t really hits the fan.

It's kinda hard for me to feel sorry for the homeless. I was always told that I was a sucker for giving them anything I worked for.I just wish I could know what makes someone homeless.

Thank you for posting this video. I became homeless while waiting for Social security Disability. Was evicted from my apartment of two years after my second denial.
Here's a partial list of famous people who were once homeless: Drew Carey, Paul McCartney and family after the legal disolvement of the Beatles, William Shatner, Daniel Craig, Dennis Kucinich and let's not forget Jesus, Mary and Joseph.

People that judge homeless people probably don't know any personnaly. They ALL have a story and but for the grace of God anyone could wind up homeless. I went from the "American Dream" to just a paycheck away from being homeless. I've counseled people that were ex-models and jetsetters who had Masters Degrees and wound up homeless. Don't ever think it couldn't happen to you...
