Harrow Borough v Hendon - March 2009 - Gary Noel hits four!

This was a vital win for Boro', who had started the day in the relegation places with Hendon looking to overtake them. The division's two longest-serving members played out a very entertaining game.

As part of the build-up to Comic Relief's Red Nose Day*, the league sponsors, Ryman, had provided three red footballs, which lasted until just after half-time before robust clearances saw them disappear into various back gardens around Earlsmead. A BBC camera was on hand to record the first few minutes of the match, including one goal for either side, but there's only one place to see all four of Gary Noel's goals, and that's right here!

At the time of writing the above notes to accompany the clip, I hadn't realised that the match was played on Gary's birthday. What a way to celebrate!
