  • was in Long House that night. it was nuts. am heading back a week from today and can't wait! RDC is the best. I hope our dock is above water this year!

  • i was there! the boat sank

  • Thanks for sharing this. My brother mentioned these incredible storms at Squam to me last week. I worked in summers between college years on outside crew in Rockywold in 1981 & 1982.

  • i go up every summer im in porter's lodge. rite next to the dining hall in deephaven

  • hey great video. thanks for posting. if you listen to the audio, nothing is better than the comment that "we should go talk to someone at the office about this" and thank God for the voice of reason that answers "what r they going to do about it, its dangerous out there." personally i would rather lose a crew boy than my boat, but hey, thats just me. I dont mean to be too hard on the person that said that, but what was she thinking? anyway thanks for the post. wish i was there to see it.

  • i'm working in rdc this year as outside crew and it was really hard two weeks...but all docks are fixed and we're now taking them from cinder blocks...finally...worst weather in 40 years...

  • same as the other guy, i am up in rockywold this week. you all lucked out, we had geat weather! oh well hope you all have a better year next year! :)

  • I am up in Rockywold this week and our first day almost all the docks were underwater. We can't believe how unlucky you were to be here during the storms. We have heard all about them and have seen the damage. Hopefully you will have a wonderful year next year and many more to come.
