@wist0301 No we can keep our weapons and defend ourselves because it's our right. If our government doesn't trust us then we will dissolve them and build a new one. Simply said the power in the United States is in the hands of the people, our government is in place because we ALLOW them to be... and I think that's the reason we fought for and gained our independence from Britain, because they had it wrong then. Well they're showing their old colors and they remain wrong today, no surprise...

I cannot express how pissed this made me. Guns dont kill people, people kill people. put a gun on a table, and it doesnt just get up and shoot someone. IT TAKES A PERSON TO PULL THE TRIGGER!!!!!! Here is my take on it, a criminal is a criminal. they are going to get a gun for crime whether it is legal or not. And if they KNOW the population is disarmed, its going to be that much easier for them to use it against someone. I own a 38 special, an AR-15, an M1 Garand, a Marlin 30-30, and a shotgun.

@alexandertmackay I have a .45 in my car, a .357 on my person, and an AK-47 in my house. I worked hard to get what I have, and have given me the gift of life. I have a right to defend myself, my loved ones, and my property from some wanker(s) who decides that he can just take it. I will also be damned to hear shit from nutters like you who say that I don't have that right. I am a free human being. DON'T TREAD ON ME!!!!!!!!!!

@alexandertmackay I am from Russia, but live in the USA. If you have millions of guns in the hands of the citizens, criminals will be SHOT if they rob, rape, murder or steal. Where guns are easily available and in the hands of the people, the occupational hazard of being a criminal is DEATH. Just let somebody try to rob me or hurt my loved ones, all they will get is HOT LEAD.

And I previously forgot to mention that guns are used 4x as much in self defense as they are in crimes in the USA.
