I was at this concert. It was sublime. This is a poor recording of what was a truly wonderful concert. This sounds distorted, but in reality the tonal quality was clear and still beautifully placed.

What I always admired about Garfunkel's voice was its sweet high tenor, his excellent diction and his dynamics. I understand that it grew hoarse because he was a long-time smoker. He's quit now, in hopes of restoring his voice. My father quit smoking in his 70's, but nevertheless died of emphysema at 80. I hope that Artie has quit in time.

His Voice has no more brightness.
His Voice lives in my memory.
Almost same ageed Barbra has beautiful voice also today!

I wish I could of gone and seen them, I saw them when I was a very little girl 30 odd years ago, I remember it well.
